Choose your preferred room, complete the online booking form with your personal details, rental dates and university information, then submit your booking request directly through our website.

Receive your official rental contract
After we review and approve your booking request, you will receive your rental contract online. It includes the rental period, payment schedule, deposit, applicable fees, rental conditions and the official company details of Suzanne Apartments Kft.

Sign and securely confirm your booking
Review and sign your rental contract online, then complete the required first payment using the official payment instructions. Every payment is securely recorded and an official company invoice is issued.

Your room is confirmed
Your room is officially confirmed after the rental contract is signed and the required first payment is received.

Prepare for your arrival
Before your move, we send you the arrival information, payment deadlines and practical details needed for a smooth check-in.

Move into your new home
Meet us at the agreed time, receive your keys and complete the check-in process. Assistance with temporary address registration may be available for eligible tenants.

Transparent pricing
What will you need to pay?
The exact amounts and deadlines are always shown in your official rental contract before you confirm the booking.
Monthly rent
The room’s monthly rental price is displayed on its individual listing and included in the rental contract.
Fixed utilities
The fixed utilities fee is €100 per person per month. It includes average utility consumption, the building’s common charges including waste collection, high-speed Wi-Fi and two complete apartment cleanings every month. A fair-use consumption limit applies.
Security deposit
The refundable security deposit is generally 1.5 months’ rent. Different deposit conditions may apply to summer bookings.
Final cleaning and linen
A one-time final cleaning and linen fee applies: €80 for semester and academic-year bookings and €40 for summer bookings.
Minimum stay
The standard minimum rental period is five months. More flexible and shorter rental periods are available only during the summer season, subject to availability.
No agency or administration fee
Book directly with Suzanne Apartments. There is no agency fee and no administration fee. Every payment is securely recorded and supported by an official company invoice.
